All products supplied by Pure Peptides Direct are intended strictly for in vitro and laboratory research use. They are:

• Not offered with, and not to be construed as, medical advice.

By placing an enquiry or order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory or research institution, and that products will be handled by appropriately trained personnel under suitable laboratory conditions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. We may decline or cancel any enquiry or order at our discretion, including where we have compliance, regulatory or end-use concerns.

Enquiry and ordering process

• Pricing is provided on request to registered account holders.
• Submitting an enquiry is not a binding order and does not create a contract of sale.
• Orders are confirmed manually after our team contacts you to discuss the requirement.
• Payment terms (bank transfer or invoice) are agreed at that stage; no payment is taken at enquiry.

Pricing

Prices shown to account holders are indicative and are confirmed — and may be adjusted — at the quote stage. Bulk and reseller pricing is available on request.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched from Ireland/the EU with tracked delivery. Delivery times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we are generally unable to accept returns of opened or used products. If there is any issue with your order, contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve it.

Product information and disclaimers

Purity and specifications are as stated on each product's Certificate of Analysis (COA). Beyond the stated purity and identity, no warranty — express or implied — is made regarding fitness for any particular research purpose or outcome.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, branding, product imagery and page design, is the property of Pure Peptides Direct and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Peptides Direct is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this website, including misuse of products outside their intended research context.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
